Place cards guests can read from their seat

Each rectangle on the PDF is a mini tent card: the dashed line shows where to fold. The upper area is sized for a guest name written in pen or filled in with a label printer; the lower half is marked so you know which side faces the table after folding. This layout works for weddings, holiday dinners, conferences, and classroom events where you want assigned seating without expensive stationery.

How to assemble

  1. Print on cardstock (80–110 lb) if cards must stand on their own; regular paper works if you slip cards into holders.
  2. Cut along the outer rounded rectangle, then fold on the dashed line.
  3. Write names in dark ink or use clear adhesive labels for a more formal look.

Choosing a grid size

2×2 gives the largest text area for long names or calligraphy. 2×3 balances readability with sheet economy.2×4 fits more guests per page when tables are large and names are short. All options use the same fold logic so you can reprint a mixed event with one consistent style.
