How to use the pack
- Start with the budget and the guest list — every other decision flows from those two numbers (total spend, total headcount).
- Once vendors are booked, fill the vendor contact sheet and stash a copy with the maid of honor / best man.
- Three months out, switch to the RSVP tracker and start the seating chart. Re-print as plus-ones change — that's the point.
- The week of, print the day-of set: timeline, ceremony run sheet, speech outline. Hand them physically to the day-of coordinator.
- After the honeymoon, work the gift log until every box is checked.
Why paper still wins on the day
Phones die. Spreadsheets need WiFi. The day-of coordinator does not have time to scroll. A printed timeline on a clipboard is the most reliable system humanity has invented for keeping 150 people on schedule. Use the apps for planning; use this pack for execution.
