Phase 1 — Set up the night

Supplies, team tables, and the bracket on the wall before anyone sits down.

Phase 2 — Classic party games

Print-and-cut cards and a stack of bingo — the games people actually ask to play.

Phase 3 — Score keeping & brackets

The pads that end 'wait, who was winning?' arguments.

Phase 4 — Table puzzles & word games

Timed word hunts and quiet grids for the people who skip the loud round.

How to use the pack

  1. Afternoon of: run the party planner for snacks, pencils, and prizes. Print the match schedule and tape the tournament bracket where people can see it.
  2. Cut the trivia, charades / Pictionary, and would-you-rather cards onto cardstock. Shuffle into three labeled envelopes.
  3. Print one bingo card per guest and a trivia score sheet for the quiz master. Fold table tents for team names.
  4. Keep a stack of board game score pads next to the box games — one pad per table, names across the top.
  5. Between loud rounds, hand out the letter grid or nonogram so quieter guests have something to do.

Why paper still wins game night

Phones kill momentum — someone is always looking up a rule, checking a score, or disappearing into a group chat. A printed score pad and a wall bracket keep the night in the room. Game night printables also scale: the same stack works for a Tuesday couples night or a 16-team holiday tournament, and winter Fridays are when most households actually host.
