Label-sheet spacing without locking you to one product code

Retail mailing labels (including common US Letter 3×10 sheets) use a fixed grid of columns and rows with precise top and side margins. This generator draws a three-column layout with similar proportions so you can print addresses and peel them from compatible sheets. Because printer drivers differ, we always recommend printing one alignment page on plain paper, holding it up to a blank label sheet against a window or light box, and checking that borders line up with die-cut edges.

Letter vs A4

US Letter uses a 3×10 grid that matches many North American mailing labels. A4 uses 3×9 to avoid running into non-printable margins on typical European printers. If your vendor lists row counts differently, adjust your workflow or trim manually rather than scaling the PDF—scaling throws off alignment.

Who uses printable address labels

Small businesses shipping a few parcels, teachers sending permission slips, wedding invitations, and holiday cards all benefit from labels that look neat and save hand cramps. Pair this sheet with your mail merge workflow by printing blank grids and feeding them twice, or type addresses in light pencil first if you must write by hand.
